Simultaneous Submissions:

We do accept simultaneous submissions, but request that you let us know as soon as possible if your work is accepted elsewhere.

Written submissions should:

1. Be formatted with standard one-inch margins all around.
2. Be in size 12 Times New Roman or Calibri font.
3. Have page numbers in the bottom right hand corner of each page.
4. Have the author’s name and email in the upper right hand corner of the first page.
5. Be submitted only in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format.

Graphic submissions should:

1. Have a minimum dpi of 300.
2. Be in .png, .jpg. or .tiff format.
